Bilyana Asenova, born in Sofia in 1989, co-founded unas studio in 2020. She completed her master's degree in architecture at Dessau International Graduate School (DIA), Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, where she received a DAAD scholarship. Since 2021, she has been a studio master at the DIA and since 2024, she has been appointed professor of the unit Building Theory and Design (Gebäudelehre und Entwerfen) at the Hochschule Anhalt. She is a registered architect in the Berlin Chamber of Architects and the Sofia Chamber of Architects.
Ignacio Bóscolo, born in Buenos Aires in 1985, has became partner at unas studio in 2023. He studied architecture at FADU Universidad de Buenos Aires and at Dessau International Graduate School (DIA) with a DAAD´s scholarship. He has worked for the Chair of Prof. Alberto Varas, the Chair of Tristan Dieguez (FADU-UBA), and for Prof. Joris Fach (DIA). His work experience extends over different architecture firms in Berlin, Boston, and Buenos Aires, including zanderroth Architekten, Bundschuh Architekten, RDR architectes, and Ezequiel Amado Cattaneo Arquitectos, among others. He is registered in the Berlin Chamber of Architects.
Saša Ciabatti, born in Trieste in 1988, co-founded unas studio in 2020. He studied architecture at the University of Trieste and at the Dessau International Graduate School (DIA). After his studies he worked for several architecture firms in Berlin. His focus is on educational and cultural buildings as well as buildings in a historical context. In 2021-2022 he was a studio master at the Dessau Institute of Architecture. He is registered in the Berlin Chamber of Architects.
